Tai Chi on the Peacock Butterfly Labyrinth plus Guided Meditation

Tai Chi Taster Session on The Peacock Butterfly Labyrinth 13.30-14.30 lead by Trevor Rawson.
Tai Chi follows traditional teaching methods and is best learnt slowly by repetition. While it is a Chinese defensive martial application Trevor instructs more towards Traditional Chinese Medicine application for the metal and physical benefits that it brings. It improves correct functional movement for body and mind. This session will take place on our beautiful Peacock Labyrinth.
Wear loose comfortable clothing appropriate to conditions on the day, well fitting footwear or barefoot, water to sip. If it is very cold or wet we will be under cover in our education room.
Meditation and Pranyama Session 14.30- 15.30pm. Trevor will guide this session. All welcome. The benefits of Pranayma and Meditation can include reduced stress/anger, improved concentration, stronger immune system, cardiovascular health, weight management, self-awareness/confidence, acceptance/peacefulness and best of all happiness.
